Delivery

We aim for 1-2 business days for dispatch of all orders.
Please note, at the busiest time (Oct-Dec), dispatch times may take 3-4 business days.

  • For UK orders sent via small parcel service, delivery can take 3-5 business days after dispatch. Orders over 3KG are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day.
  • EU Delivery times is usually within 7 business days after dispatch.
  • USA/ Canada delivery times are usually within 10 business days after dispatch.

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not mean the order is accepted.
  • A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
  • Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as shown on our website.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to the UK, EU, and North America.
  • Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping destination and method selected at checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, as per UK and EU consumer laws.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • To request a return, contact us at hello@onenessgifts.com with your order details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Warranty

  • Goods are warranted to be free from defects for a period of 12 months from the delivery date.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • If a product is faulty, contact us at hello@onenessgifts.com with details, photographs and proof of purchase.
  • If the product is faulty and covered by warranty as above, we will:
    • issue a full refund;
    • or a voucher to use at onenessgifts.com, to the order value;
    • or an exchange for other goods from onenessgifts.com, to the order value;
    • to your preference, within 14 days.

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses not caused by our breach of these terms.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
